S-turns gives you the opportunity to fly the S-turns and observe the effects of wind direction and speed on the ground track. The simulation displays the Turn Coordinator, Directional Gyro, Attitude Indicator, and a crosswind visulation tool.

- Speed and Bank - determines the "no wind" condition radius of the turns drawn.
- Turns - determines the number of turns to draw.
- Direction - controls the orientation of the S-turn's base line.
- Left turns - when checked draws the S-turns with the first turn to the left - Figure 2; otherwise to the right - Figure 1.

- Press the "left" or "right" button to turn the plane in that direction.
- As long as you hold the button down, the plane's direction will change.
and red indicates the simulation is stopped. When pressed, the simulation will start. The plane's position will be calculated based on its speed, direction, bank, and the wind's direction and speed.
and green indicates the simulation is running. When pressed, the simulation will stop. The plane's position and heading will no longer change until it is started again. When a simulation is resumed, the plane will begin calculating its position from the point where it was stopped.
