Custom Intersection Holding Pattern Trainer

The custom Intersection Holding Pattern Trainer provides the ability to define your own intersections.  It then sets up a intersection holding pattern using that intersection and randomly locates your plane around the VOR.

The Controls

• The Show "overlay" - When these checkboxes are checked, an overlay of recommended holding pattern entries are superimposed on the directional gyro and Holding Pattern.

• Intersection Trainer manager

• New plane location - randomly repositions the plane around the same hold and clearance.
• New hold - randomly creates a new hold and its clearance, and relocates the plane.
• New intersection - randomly creates a new intersection, hold and clearance, and relocates the plane.
• Switch sides - switch the side on which to hold and changes the clearance.

Setup tab - the Custom Intersection Holding Pattern Setup gives you the ability to define an intersection and change the plane's type and number.
