The Localizer Folder contains five training aids:

• Trainer - the Localizer Trainer allows you to position the plane relative to the localizer.
• Plane Quiz - the Localizer Plane Quiz randomly positions planes around the localizer. The Quiz selects one localizer plane as the correct plane and displays the appropriate indications on the VOR and/or HSI.
• Course Quiz - the Localizer Course Quiz randomly selects a localizer  indication and location for the plane.  You are asked to position the plane on a bearing in the Localizer View that would display the VOR and HSI indication.
• Fly - the Localizer Simulator gives you the opportunity to fly around the localizer and observe the effects of bearing changes, directional changes, and wind on the localizer indications.
