At Flying Dynamics, LLC, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. You can browse through most of the Flying Dynamics, LLC website without giving us any information about yourself. This information is required when you ask to receive an evaluation license, when you purchase or rent our products, and is optional on our evaluation feedback, suggestion and survey forms. The personal information collected on these forms may included your name, e-mail address, city, state, country; a user selected username, password, and password reminder; and information about your flying experience, and computer identifier that identifies your computer. This computer identifier is created by the Flying Dynamics products when they are installed. When you purchase our products, we will collect the above information on our secure server to process your credit card information and authorize the payment. The other personal information needed by the credit card processor, other than described above, is not kept by Flying Dynamics.

Use of your Personal Information

We use your personal information for these primary purposes:

To respond to your suggestions or request for services provided by Flying Dynamics.
To provide you with information regarding the products and services you are inquiring about.
To help us create and deliver the products and services you requested.
To notify you of product upgrades if you have purchased one of our products.
